Syria: Damascus police resume duties amid destruction, aim to restore order post-Assad regime

Police in Damascus say they have returned to work to maintain law and order. But there’s a lot of work to do, after Assad’s loyalists looted or destroyed many security facilities, shortly before the regime fell.
