Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd (MAHB) has taken “stern action” against one of its personnel over rude behaviour against an airport guest.
The airport operator said in a statement today that its guest, Noorul Huda Abdul Wahab, was “discourteously treated” by one of its Aviation Security staff when she attempted to enter the terminal building at the KL International Airport to send off her family last weekend.
“Upon being made aware of the incident, we had immediately launched an investigation which confirmed that the incident was as reported,” said MAHB.
The airport operator also apologised to Noorul and her family over the incident. MAHB also told passengers to write in at [email protected] to provide feedback. – June 17, 2020
